Job Description : Director - Digital Resilience & Assurance in Dubai Salary - AED 45,000-50,000+ family benefits The Director will oversee digital analytics initiatives aligned with the company's goals. They will establish best practices for blockchain analytics and digital assurance, collaborating with external partners as needed. Responsibilities: -Develop and refine the company's digital capabilities framework for market surveillance and investigation. -Maintain a knowledge bank for Web3/blockchain security and analytics policies, including cybersecurity. -Contribute to regulatory standards for blockchain analytics. -Manage external relationships to support regulatory compliance. -Develop training materials for team skill enhancement. -Supervise blockchain analytics of company's partners to ensure regulatory compliance. -Monitor market activity and provide updates to internal teams and stakeholders. -Conduct technical analysis for regulatory breach investigations. -Review whitepapers for token issuance approval. -Stay updated on technical advances in the virtual assets sector. -Review whitepapers according to company's Issuance Framework. -Provide subject matter expertise for improving licensing and supervision frameworks.
