Job Description : ODY SHOP MANAGER ARUSHA TANZANIA Bodyshop Manager Automotive As a Bodyshop Manager, you will oversee the operations of our body shop facility, ensuring efficient and high-quality repairs of vehicles. You will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, coordinating workflow, and maintaining excellent vehicle service quality. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise in automotive repair, and a focus on delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities Lead and oversee all operations within the body shop. Manage a diverse team of technicians and supervisors. Ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs. Maintain high standards of repair quality and body building. Develop and implement strategies to maximize productivity. Maintain inventory levels and oversee parts procurement. Develop and implement training programs to enhance technician skills. Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff. Implement cost-control measures to optimize expenses. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures. Always uphold a high level of professionalism and integrity. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of equipment and facilities. Respond promptly to emergency situations and unplanned disruptions. Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic goals and objectives. Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to excellence. Act as a mentor and coach to staff, fostering their professional growth and development. Job Requirements – Auto motive Proven experience in automotive repair, with a focus on bodywork and collision repair. Previous management or supervisory experience in a body shop or automotive repair facility. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent technical knowledge of automotive systems, repair techniques, and industry best practices. Diploma certificate in fabrication Good Communications skills over English Good Experience for welding, cutting and assembly for steel pipes and steel structure and any fabrication required
