Job Description : Projects Manager/Senior Manager Location - East & West Africa Experience - 15+ Years Qualifications - BE/ B.Tech Mechanical Group Dealing in – Metal Recycling Business ( Specifically from non ferrous metal industry) Number of Positions - 1 Salary - Negotiable Skill Set for Projects:- o Planning capital expenditures and monitoring process of all project related / budgeted jobs. o Overseeing the entire project planning – execution, erection and commissioning o Identifying areas of improvement and recommending process modifications and equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiencies of existing plants and machinery o Project management, time, cost, progress monitoring, offer evaluation, recommendation and contract management, work orders and contract preparation, coordination and follow-up with various agencies such as consultants, technology suppliers, contractors and internal departments. o Establish standards and specifications for all processes o Overseeing the entire project planning – execution, erection and commissioning, dispatches, stores handling o Ensuring quality norms for the deliverables
