Job Description : 2) Unit HR and Admin Manager (Managing End to End of the Plant/ UNIT/Business) Location at Ota Ogun State HND / MBA in HRM with CIPM Should have up to 15 years of experience in any of the listed Industries Plastics/ Packaging/ Printing/ Food Industries. Must have end to end knowledge and experience of staff unions. Should have good knowledge of Excel and should have worked as independent In-charge of any of the said Units for at least 5 years. Should be expert in handling outsourced unskilled/ semi-skilled staff. Should have in-depth knowledge of labour legislations, litigations, labour courts Special Requirement: In depth knowledge of Local working environments in OTA, expert in sourcing Human Resources from the local labor sources through Out Sourced route.
