Global Human Resources Head

Job Description : Global HR Head for Hyderabad location. Reputed Global IT company Minimum 20+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the IT industry or similar technology-driven sectors Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the long-term goals of the organization, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning. Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee global recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent. Implement innovative strategies to source candidates, streamline the hiring process, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Develop talent management programs to identify high-potential employees and provide opportunities for career growth and development. Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction. Implement initiatives to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and address employee concerns effectively. Develop employee recognition programs to reward and retain top performers. Performance Management: Establish performance management systems and processes to evaluate employee performance, set goals, and provide regular feedback and coaching. Ensure performance evaluations are fair, transparent, and aligned with organizational objectives. Compensation and Benefits: Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure the organization's compensation practices remain competitive in the market. Learning and Development: Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Identify training needs, develop training curriculums, and leverage both internal and external resources to provide learning opportunities for employees at all levels. HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations across different regions. Stay informed about changes in labor laws and industry trends to proactively address compliance issues. HR Technology and Analytics: Leverage HR technology and data analytics to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and make data-driven decisions. Implement HRIS systems and analytics tools to track key HR metrics and generate insights for continuous improvement. Change Management: Lead HR initiatives to support organizational change efforts, such as mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, or cultural transformations. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers during periods of change to minimize disruption and facilitate successful transitions. Qualification: MBA-HR/MHRM/MSW CTC Offered Rs.
