Strategy Head

Job Description : Head Strategy EXPAT requirement. 10+ years’ experience Qualification: Graduate. Preferably MBA Job location: Southeast Asia Experience in airport operations is a plus. The Head of Strategy reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Primary responsibility will be full accountability of the company’s corporate strategy, in line with the Boards strategic direction for each year. The Head of Strategy will also be leading the strategy management team in the development of short-term and long-term strategic plans and objectives through the identification of strategic issues and opportunities that could influence business growth and profitability. Key accountabilities: · Develop Strategic Direction · In collaboration with the Head of Corporate Planning, anchor key initiatives for Airport Development identified in the AOP and Strategic Plan · Facilitate Regulatory & Government Interface to support Ecosystem level initiatives. · Support CCO to reach Traffic and Commercial Targets · Support COO in Key Strategic Initiatives · In collaboration with the Head of Corporate Planning, track the strategy implementation in collaboration with the relevant departments; · In collaboration with the Head of Corporate Planning, handle business development projects requiring capital investments, including land development/real estate, creation of new products or services that benefit the Company; In collaboration with the Head of Corporate Planning, monitor and analyze developing trends as it relates to airport operations and management to ensure the Company is operating at the forefront against its peers and competitors.
