Job Description : CEO CANADA a world leader with dairy, cheeses, yoghurts and ingredients are looking for a Regional Manufacturing Director to lead 4 plants, over 1.5M sq'ft of manufacturing, packaging and warehousing space. The group who are drivers of CI, lean principles and complex manufacturing facilities are looking for a transformative leader to drive efficiency of their current plants, and help drive and commisiion their new plant to be opened Devember 2024. A background in dairy, cheeses, yoghurts is critical. Knowledge of short shelf life products, Cooperatives or dealing with farmers unions. Salary $250,000 + Car + 25% Bonus + LTIP options. This profile must have 10+ years at Senior/director level managing manaufacturing operations across Canada.
