Job Description : Deputy Manager - Program Management for Mould Base Commercial Tooling division THAILAND Open to candidates worldwide, there is a 3 month fully paid probation period to check work performance Candidate is expected to know basic Thai language in this period and fully fluent in 6 month. Required experience : 15+ years Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Tool & Die Technology. Required Skills: Candidates should have hands-on working experience in the said skills such as Mold Development (Tool & Die Injection Mould), DFM, Design review part, Customer handling, Procurement, Project planning, Negotiation, Project Estimation, Customer Acquisition, RFQ-Request for Quotation, Enterprise Resource Planning, Material Requirement Planning, Total Productive Maintenance, Corrective and Preventive Action. Managing and control the complete process of Mold and tool building. All RFQ concepts, prototype, serial tool launch, debug & validation. Tool assembly Monitoring, FOT / trials, QA reports. Mould design scheduling’s & Development, Innovative programs and High level of process fusibility study. Candidate should be capable to handle Commercial Tool-Room/Tooling Division pertaining to Mold Development / Product Development with respect to various segment of Molds for Automotive products, Appliances product, Electrical products, Medical devices products and Aero Space products etc. Should be more close to Toolroom. Desired Skills: Vendor Management, Able to read and understand engineering drawing, New Product Development, Mold Correction, Mold Rectification, Mold Trial, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, DFMEA and Document Preparation, Handling Job Work etc.
