Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER GHANA FOR LABELS 18+ years experience As Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing the production activity at the facility in Ghana, Accra. You will have demonstrated experience as a Production Manager with focus on labels production. You will have the ability to lead, develop and motivate a team within a business and ensure processes are compliant. We are looking for a Production Manager who has experience in labels and/or flexible packaging and has a broad understanding of production standards and operations. You will have at least 5 years of production management experience in a fast-paced and complex environment. You will have the skills to move teams and departments towards one project goal and the ability to find new ways to optimize processes and workflows. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be expected as is the capacity to see the bigger picture.
