Fleet Work shop Manager

Job Description : FLEET WORKSHOP MANAGER DRC Responsible for the management of the workshop and its output Job Responsibilities Organize and plan the repairs in the workshop Ensure maximum utilization of technical team to ensure they are utilized for maximum result Day-to-day planning, control and execution of repairs in the workshop to ensure the set target is achieved Monitors spare parts allocated to carry out repairs on trucks and its utilization is in compliance with the approved budget Ensures that technical staff are retained on the job and discipline maintained Ensure safety precautions and good housekeeping are observed Any other responsibility assigned by the Senior Transport Manager Excellent organizing and prioritizing skills Ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy Information management skills Problem analysis and problem-solving skills Teamwork and collaboration skills Professional integrity Ability to meet deadlines Proficiency First degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field. Minimum of 12 years' work experience in similar role
