As the COO, you will play a crucial role in shaping and optimizing our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and standards to optimize business operations. Supervising daily operations in finance, HR, technology, facilities, and risk management while initiating streamlined processes for heightened productivity. Collaborating closely with the CFO to create and oversee the company's operating budget aligned with strategic goals. Monitoring financial performance, providing regular reports and analyses to the executive team. Identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue generation. Working with the Directors and executive team to formulate and execute growth plans. Analysing market trends, identifying opportunities, and mitigating risks. Driving strategic initiatives for long-term business objectives. Providing guidance to the operations team, fostering accountability and collaboration. Mentoring team members to realize their potential and contribute to organizational success. Cultivating a positive, inclusive work environment valuing diversity, equity, and inclusion. Establishing strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies. Representing the company in external events to enhance its reputation and brand. Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in finance, Legal, Engineering, or Business. An MBA or master's degree would be beneficial. A proven track record in a Senior Leadership role. 18+ years of experience in Operations Management. Experience in Management Consulting, General Consulting, or Professional Services. Strong financial acumen, including managing P&L, Budgets, and Financial Reporting. The ability to develop and execute business strategy, drive business growth, and lead organizational change. Experience in developing and growing sales pipelines for the organization.
