Job Description : MD AGRI THAILAND ( OPEN TO EXPATS) conglomerate investment holding company, we are seeking for the MD role who will be leading and driving company's profits and financial planning and monitoring to achieve the target plan. You will be developing and implementing the overall strategic director of the company in alignment with our mission and objectives. Plan, manage, and execute daily operation plans and monitor Serve as part of the management team to exercise decisions and execute strategy Review, analyse, and develop frameworks, and policies, formulate strategies, and plan for the readiness of the operational management system Steering end-to-end operational processes and improving all projects Collaborate in sales, strategy, and launch products, ensuring all initiatives align with the company’s goal Other assignments are assigned by the President To succeed in this Managing Director role, you must possess excellent English communication skills, strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Bachelor or higher in Agricultural Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields More than 15 years of relevant experience in management, and business operations, with at least five years in executives’ level with high leadership Excellent management, strong background in Engineering with sales skills, and negotiation Experience in agriculture or drone business is preferred Good communication in English is a must
