Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO VALENCIA SPAIN Open to Spanish speaking candidates worldwide Company owned by an investment fund is looking for a CFO for its headquarters in Valencia. Reporting directly to the General Management and the property, their functions will mainly be the following: Analysis and valuation of new investments Ensure compliance with accounting, financial and tax obligations Supervision of statutory and analytical accounting, and preparation of economic-financial reports to facilitate decision making Management of functions related to treasury and financing. Interaction with clients and suppliers. Collaboration in the preparation of budgets, closing forecasts and monitoring of deviations. Implementation and analysis of business key performance indicators (KPIs). Supervision and review of monthly and annual accounting closings. Coordination of external audit processes and preparation of annual accounts. Bank financing management. Management of the Information Technology (IT) area and the implementation process of a new ERP. Coordination of administrative and financial integration in the processes of inorganic growth and international expansion. Improvement, optimization and unification of administrative and financial procedures. What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar Experience in financial management, and at least 10 years in financial departments (ideally, industrial) Valuable experience at Big4 Experience in management control, relationship with banks and team management
