Senior Director Human Resources

Job Description : SR DIRECTOR HR - MUMBAI COMPANY - E-COMMERCE CTC - UPTO 80-90 LAKHS P.A. Professionally qualified pref from Premier Institutes experiences ranging from 20 to 25 years ( not beyond this range as requested by the client) from a large Ecommerce/BPO/ Telecom/ Services /FMCG / Finance NBFC background. Must have managed large workforce size in the current or previous role. Good Exposure to Corporate HR, HR Strategy, Budgets, Polices and Process, Talent mgmt, Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, OD, L&D, PMS, Change Management and a strategic HR Leadership role reporting to the CHRO. Must have been working in a senior leadership/ Corporate HR role as VP/Director at-least in the last five years with good stability in career. All these criteria mentioned are most important for this role. Candidates drawing CTC Less than 65 Lacs need not apply.
