General Manager

Job Description : EXPAT GM THAILAND global manufacturing organization based in Thailand. We are searching for a general manager to join them. The ideal candidate will have to provide leadership to operations and manage resources functionally & cross-functional to support the business strategy and global policies. Site leadership for all owners and other cross-functional teams on-site including Production Engineering, Product Development, and Procurement. The scope includes the responsibility of Health & Safety, Culture, and Site Leadership development. Lead all aspects of the business operations, including purchasing, scheduling, manufacturing, warehousing, shipping/receiving, and quality assurance. Develop and implement manufacturing systems & structures, processes, standards, and policies. Create the yearly CAPEX and Operating budgets, and quarterly financial forecasts. Manage monthly P&L statements and maintain labor and operating costs. Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or a related field. Over 15 years of experience in complex manufacturing environments with over 7 years of experience as a General Manager / Plant Manager. Lean Manufacturing experiences with Continuous Improvement are preferred. Background in mechatronics is advantageous Experience in mid-sized manufacturing, proven people management & leadership skills. Strong in people engagement and successful experiences in manufacturing expansion. Excellent communication skills in English.
