General Manager Hotels 

Job Description : GM HOTELS BAHRAIN Oversee and manage the overall operations of a luxurious 5-star hotel in Bahrain. Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction for all guests. Lead and inspire a team of hotel staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability for the hotel. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences. Maintain a strong presence in the local hospitality market and build relationships with key stakeholders. Proven experience as a General Manager in a 5-star hotel or luxury resort. Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and guest service standards. Ability to manage budgets, financials, and drive business growth. Desired Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role in the hospitality industry. Experience working in a luxury resort or upscale hotel environment. Experience in Bahrain or the Middle East region is a plus.
