Job Description : Aftersales Director Location: GCC We are seeking a dynamic Aftersales Director for our client, a franchised importer synonymous with excellence in the automotive sector. This role presents an unparalleled opportunity for a strategic-minded professional to orchestrate and elevate aftersales operations across multiple locations in the GCC, driving tangible business growth and customer satisfaction. Role Overview: As the Aftersales Director, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the service and parts departments across various locations. You will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth while upholding the brand's premium standards. Key Responsibilities: · Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of service managers, parts managers, technicians, and support staff. · Develop and implement strategic plans to optimise aftersales operations, including service processes, parts inventory management, and customer engagement initiatives. · Ensure adherence to brand standards, policies, and procedures to deliver exceptional service experiences to customers. · Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and finance, to achieve overall business objectives. · Analyse performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. · Foster a culture of continuous improvement, training, and development within the aftersales team. Requirements: · Proven track record of at least 15 years, 7 years in aftersales management within the automotive industry, with experience in premium brands. · Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower teams to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations. · Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Knowledge of Arabic is advantageous. · GCC Experience.
