Job Description : CHIEF SALES OFFICER TANZANIA - 15-20 years of work experience in Sales, Marketing & Distribution with at least 5 years at a senior management/ director level, in a multi-national (preferably a beverage company or other FMCG industry). - Manage and lead sales teams to achieve their targets and objectives. - Implement a high-performance culture, providing guidance and support and implementing effective sales training programs. - Improve digitization and reporting within sales and merchandising. - Manage the annual/ monthly budget.
