Job Description : Production Manager GHANA Job description Production Manager required for Film Blow Plastic manufacturing company in Accra, Ghana, West Africa with following Criteria: 1. Candidate should have minimum of 10 years experience in Plastic Film Blowing , Plastic Poly Bags production, HDPE & LDPE plastic Recycling with at least 5 years experience in Production supervisory role. 2. Education: B.Sc -Minimum Diploma & Proficient in English. 3. Max age 45 years old Note: Only Candidates with Above Experience should apply for this role. Experience in other industries would not be considered. Package: 1. Take home salary $1200-$1,500 per Month based on Candidate Qualifications. 2. Local Allowance: $200 per month 3. Contract for 2 years renewable. 4. 30 days paid annual leave after 12months with Paid round ticket. 5. Company Shall bear the cost of Visa, tickets, accommodation, utilities, etc Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for Overall Production 2. Responsible for Product Quality. Quality Testing and Standards knowledge 3. Manpower Controlling and Management 4. Raw material Planning 5. Assist in Stock Management 6. Spare Parts Management 7. Machine Maintenance (Downtime, Predictive & Preventive, Maintenance) 8. Production Cost Controlling 9. Training and Education to Production Team
