Achievement of Annual Budget , Adopting the Correct Market Entry Strategies & Aligning Organizational Resources Accordingly. Responsibilities Developing Business Development Strategy Focused On Financial Gain Promote Existing Products to existing as well as New Customers Commercial Negotiations & Business Agreements Identification & Development of Distributors, Building & Strengthening Distributor Relationships to ensure an Active Customer Base to Meet Business Needs Tracking of Market Intelligence with Respect to New Product Opportunities Adopting the Correct Market Entry Strategies & Aligning Organizational Resources Accordingly. Identification of Product Portfolio & Effectively implement Pricing & Market Strategy. Achievement of Annual Budget Effective Execution of the Individual Country Plan Achievement of Annual Revenue Target Effective Customer Management Follow up with Regulatory Agent for Timely Submission of Document for Registration of Product. Timely Registration of Product, follow up with Country / Region Specific Regulatory Authority. Sales Contract &; Out-licensing Activities Drive Research to Identify New Avenues & Customer Needs Plan Effective Execution of the Individual Country Plan Preferably Direct Contact with Major Generic Companies, Distributors, Dossier Developers & Agents Coordinating with SCM team for Effective Distribution Management. Coordinating with Regulatory, QA/QC, R&;D,Program Management, Product Portfolio Teams for Meeting the Needs of the Market. Development & Growth of BD & Other Team Members . Education & Experience Graduate (B. Pharma/B.Sc.) with MBA ( Marketing / Intl.Business ) Business Analytics, Statistics , Strategy planning Experience Range : 15 – 20 years of Relevant experience Entrepreneurship Approach & Analytical Ability Skills & experience (General Awareness;Working Knowledge;Functional Expert Understanding of Regulatory & Compliance Requirements Understanding of EU testing, Release & Pharmacovigilance Requirements Excellent Customer & Key Account Management Skills Excellent Communication Skills & Negotiation Skills General Awareness: Knows the Fundamental or General understanding of Concepts. Has Broad / Working Knowledge of the Subject. Candidate Functional Expert with Strong Knowledge on Concepts.
