Global Business Unit Head

Job Description : Global CKN BU Head Location: Singapore / Dubai (UAE) Responsibilities · Develop and implement business plans, budgets and strategies and build required teams for factory operations, sales, marketing, and distribution to achieve desired business goals for Cashew Nut · To function as global profit centre head across all geographies for maximum revenue generation. Developing new business partners. · Development of new business partners and opportunity and strong leadership skills to achieve profitability and sustainability. · Analysis of the market to identify trends, opportunities, and communication of those opportunities to Management. · Identify and engage with potential clients, trading houses, industry stakeholders and key decision makers to deliver on new business opportunities. · Establishing a culture of collaboration and integration that enhances revenue and cost optimization Overseeing strong workforce development, employee satisfaction and engagement, maximizing growth potential of employees and strong succession planning Candidate Qualifications · The ideal successful candidate will possess the following required and desired credentials, experience, skills, and attributes: · Overall, over 18-20 years of balanced experience with preferably an advanced degree (MBA / PGDM ) in various aspects of International Trade · Experience of working in diverse markets and successful track record of customer service , achieving sales, brand building, network development & profit targets Seasoned and successful leader with excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
