Job Description : Project Manager Location - Al Khobar, Riyadh, Ambu Strong - PM, Oil & gas, 200 km department, value of promotion Role Summary: The Project Manager for Oil & Gas for Cross country pipelines in Saudi Arabia. Area of Responsibility: · Plan project execution, revenue, billing and collection for the project on monthly basis. · Monitor budget, performance, cash in-flow to avoid or arrest adverse variance during execution. · Achieve target progress within budgeted cost for the quarter/year. · Explore enhanced profitability by introduction of innovation, strategize · Motivate and manage site personnel. · Work with Contract and Claims department to raise additional justifiable claims. · Contractual correspondence with client & consultants. · Plan, estimate site infrastructure & ensure resource mobilization and monitor its effective usage. · Ensure adherence to standards, Kalpataru code of conduct (KCoC), KPIL values, ABAC, SOPs established by the company. Competencies: · Knowledge of the Saudi Arabia oil and gas Cross Country Pipelines: Understanding of the regulatory environment, market dynamics, and key players in the Saudi Arabia oil and gas industry specifically cross country pipeline business. · Project management skills: Ability to effectively plan, organize, and manage cross country pipeline projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. · Leadership and team management: Ability to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, including engineers and other professionals, to achieve project objectives. · Technical expertise: Extensive knowledge of oil and gas cross country pipeline businesses as well as the latest industry technologies and best practices. · Stakeholder engagement: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with government agencies, local communities, and other stakeholders to ensure project success and compliance with regulations. · Health, safety, and environmental management: Understanding of best practices for ensuring the safety of personnel and the protection of the environment in oil and gas cross-country pipeline operations. · Business acumen: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Saudi Arabia oil and gas industry, as well as to negotiate contracts and manage client relationships. Qualification: · B.E / B.Tech with 20 + years experience in cross country pipeline in Saudi Arabia.
