Job Description : AGM TRADE FINANCE MUMBAI 15-20 years experience Saalry upto 55 lakh Job Specification: 1. High Volume Trade Finance exposure 2. Manufacturing Exposure 3. Indian Accounting 4. People Management and Development 5. Stakeholder Management Role: Export : Ensure submission of credit compliant documents as per letter of credit for exports business Ensure export business related statutory compliances of RBI/FEMA Monitor export bills collection and control discounting cost, charges etc. Import : Supervised the letter of credit operations like creation, amendments, acceptance, payments etc./supervised & handled on fund based limits and availed the buyer's credit/short term financing & carried out various other finance & banking operations Knowledge of hedging forex exposures including Exports, Imports, and Interest Rate Hedging Knowledge of LC, BG, SBLC,TransferableLC, CAD, Advance Remittances, Inwards claims Knowledge of Buyers credit, Suppliers Credit, UPAS, RA, Structured Financing, Vendor Financing, Rupee Hedging, and other financing arrangements Knowledge of FEMA, RBI, UCPDC, ISBP, IncoTerms and other related guidelines. Fundamental inputs: Qualification: Min. Commerce graduate Experience: Minimum 10 Years experience in Trade Finance end to end Exp in manufacturing (direct or client base) is must. Experience related to Banking sector is preferable.
