Job Description : Director Finance INDIA Company: Well established & renowned Manufacturing company. Experience : 22-25 Years post CA Location : Gurgaon (Work from Office, 5 days a week) Qualification: CA Qualified Offered CTC : 1-1.2 cr (all inclusive) Age: 49 years max Joining: As soon as possible Candidate must have good stability in career. Frequent job changes will not be entertained Mandatory Skills : - Current experience from Renowned Product based MNC companies experience at Head/Leadership level is mandatory - Large team management - Working Knowledge on SAP - Presentable & Open to travel Responsibilities : - This position leads the finance function in India(majorly) & global market with the objective of generating enhanced shareholder value by setting direction for sound financial management by the company in order to ensure effective financial controls, meeting working capital requirements, timely and accurate reporting, compliance to SOX and other financial, taxation and accounting requirements in alignment with global financial policies, guidelines, and all requisite regulations - Strategy & Planning - Contribute towards design of long term strategic plan for subsidiary; Forecast impact of market trends on business from a financial perspective - Keep abreast of market developments and changes in regulatory landscape; Evaluate new JV, Merger, Acquisition opportunities and recommend operationalization plan - Accounting & Financial processes - Provide guidelines, review, and finalize changes in accounting policies to adopt new statutory norms and changes in financial and legislative changes from a local standpoint. Review and approve monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting statements; Ensure timely completion and accuracy of financial reporting statements e.g., Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss (P&L), Cash flow statements - Business Performance Review & Financial Controls - Review financial and operating performance regularly by collating data from sales performance reviews, monthly factory performance reviews, competitor performance, cost movements, CAPEX & operational spends, and inventory movements - Mergers, Acquisitions & Joint Ventures - Driving and oversee internal restructuring efforts to ensure that the divisional restructuring aligns with the overall business strategy and goals - Identify potential M&A opportunities aligned with the company's growth strategy and objectives. Conduct thorough financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment of target companies - Audit- Review and approve annual audit plan and review audit progress on a periodic basis - Treasury Management and Taxation - People Development
