Job Description : Factory Head – B2B Recycle PET NIGERIA Job Purpose: The purpose of the job is to achieve end to end production and operations of our Bottle-to-Bottle Recycling Plant. Key activities include: • Optimum utilization of Plant Capacity – Production • Ensuring Production as per the set targets and Quality Norms • Recruitment and training of staff • Developing the Collection Network & Collection Centers • Overseeing the coordination of recycling collection schedules to optimize service quality and efficiency • Maintaining wastage & other Production Parameter's within Set Norms • Ensuring Statutory Compliance • Ensuring best in class manufacturing processes aligned with group values and business goals.
