General Manager Operations 

Job Description : GM OPERATIONS DRC 1. Operational Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness. This includes setting goals, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and establishing metrics to measure operational performance. 2. Production and Supply Chain Management: Oversee the production process, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery of products. Coordinate with suppliers, manage inventory levels, and optimize the supply chain to minimize costs and maximize customer satisfaction. 3. Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop annual operating budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure financial targets are met. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and operational optimization while maintaining product quality and safety standards. 4. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the operations team, including production managers, supervisors, and other staff. Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and develop the skills and capabilities of the team members. 5. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to product quality, safety, and hygiene. Implement and maintain quality control processes, conduct regular inspections, and manage any necessary corrective actions. 6. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency enhancement. Implement lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, or other continuous improvement techniques to drive operational excellence and streamline processes. 7. Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment for all employees and visitors. Develop and enforce safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. 8. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and logistics, to align operational activities with overall business objectives. Liaise with external stakeholders such as suppliers, regulatory authorities, and customers to build strong relationships and ensure smooth operations. 9. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze operational performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management. Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement and develop action plans accordingly. 10. Industry Knowledge and Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the beverage industry. Monitor competitors' activities, identify emerging market opportunities, and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, operations management, Should have extended knowledge as Operation Management A master's degree in a related field preferred - Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in operations management, preferably in the beverage industry or a related consumer goods sector. - Proven track record of developing and implementing operational strategies that drive business growth and profitability. $4000-5000 per month + Accommodation + Visa + Ticket + Medical etc.
