Job Description : President Jewellery- GCC: Known for their craftsmanship and creative designs, own manufacturing and diamonds. The group are looking at strategic change and vision and are replacing their President who has served the business for the last 14 years delivering incredible results. Due to retirement, the new President will take the reins and drive the business on a new journey of growth, digital era, impact wholesale accouts drive collaborations, and grow regional and International status for the product and brand. A focus on demographic and culture for change. This role will report Into a board and have direct reporting line to the Chairman. This is a full P&L role, a full transformational role where the profile will have worked at HQ for a major jewellery high end manufacturer. will have led 100+ stores with $200M + revenues. Salary: $350,000 - $380,000 + Bonus + Options For cultural alignment we are looking for European profiles to balance the SLT in the region. A profile who has 20+ years within merchandising, Leadership and growth within watches or jewellery.
