Leading multiple farms, 3 manufacturing operations and a solid sales force channeling retail, HORECA and Industrial services. A creative change leader is needed that can transform brands, drive change and efficiency across operations. An advisor to the family and stakeholders around economic growth and change. This is a full P&L role with autonomy backed by the board.
