Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing commercial strategies, conducting market research and analysis, collaborating with diverse teams, building profitable partnerships, and monitoring performance using key metrics. Your expertise in the commercial retail or hospitality sector will be crucial in driving growth and profitability. Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams such as marketing, sales, customer service etc. Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring The ideal candidate for this Chief Commercial Officer role will bring a wealth of experience from a similar role within the commercial retail or hospitality sector. You will have an in-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis, solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial processes, as well as excellent organisational and leadership skills.
