Job Description : CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER MOZAMBIQUE Indian manufacturing company Responsibleible for the Security & Administration of entire plant / site Keep Track of duties, responsibilities and day to day routine activities of security & Admin personnel. Responsible for plant Housekeeping and administration like Vehicle, Vistors, Staff Employees and workers working inside the plant. Adhere and maintain company's security policies, protocols and procedures. Keep all data and records updated related to security and administration. Deployment, Training and supervision of security inspectors and guards Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events Coordination in all emergency drills inside the plant. Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms Review reports on incidents and breaches Investigate and resolve issues with respect to security & Admin Create reports for management on security status Preferred candidate profile 1. Candidate having experience of 20+ years as Security Head/ Chief Security Officer. 2. Ex-Service Man from Indian Forces may also apply for the same.
