Job Description : CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER C.E.O Industry: TELECOMMUNICATIONS Location: DAKAR, SENEGAL 20+ years experience The Rol, Provide visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to drive the ompany's growth and success in the telecommunications tower industry Strategic Leadership Develop and execute a long-term strategic plan that aligns with the company's mission and vision Operational Excellence Oversee all aspects of tower site operations, including site acquisition, maintenance, and customer relationship Financial Management Develop and manage the annual budget, financial forecasts, and financial reporting Team Leadership Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the organization Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, customers, and partners Risk Management Implement effective crisis management and business continuity plans Requirement Bachelor's degree in business, telecommunications, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred, Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive leadership role within the telecommunications or related industry, Strong understanding of the telecommunications tower business, local regulations, and market dynamics,Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
