Job Description : HR HEAD TANZANIA Looking for Indian nationals with 20+ years experience in HR and at least 10 in EAR Key Requirements • Experience in developing polices and strategies related to human resources. • Should demonstrate ahigh level of professional ethics, nurturing team talent and championing the corporate initiatives. • Proven working experience in a senior role as HR in a reputable organization. • Experience with CMA and managing disciplinary hearings. • Legal background will be added advantage. • Should have in depth knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices. • Should have experience with human resources metrics. • Experience in overseeing perforrnance management and KPI to drive high performance within the organization. • Should have strong communication, leadership, problem solving, presentation, interpersonal and managerial skills.
