Supply Chain Head

Job Description : Supply Chain Head Location: East Africa Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the entire supply chain operations of the FMCG Group. Report directly to the Senior Management Team, providing regular updates and insights. Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure seamless coordination between manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and distribution functions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance collaboration. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage. Requirements: 12-18 years of experience in the FMCG Manufacturing Industry or any Manufacturing Industry, with a focus on supply chain operations. Proven track record of success in managing end-to-end supply chain functions. Experience reporting to senior management and providing strategic insights and recommendations. African exposure is preferred but not mandatory. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
