Finance Manager

Job Description : Finance Manager UAE Group and Unit - Finalization of Accounts - Finalizations of Accounts - Income statement, Balance sheet, Cash flow for Fabtech Group at consolidation level and for assigned standalone entities - knowledge of IFRS standards. External Audits - Management Reporting - Project Accounting, Review and Reporting - Working Capital Management - Contract reviews - ERP System Enhancements - Insurance - Corporate Tax, VAT, ICV, ESR and Regulatory Compliances - Budgeting and Forecasting - Banking and Treasury - Mentor and lead the Finance team. Qualification: CA / ACCA (UK) / CPA Experience: 10 years’ experience Background: a) Preferably industry experience of + 6 years in Projects / Manufacturing / Engineering Company or worked with external audit firms of repute b) Experience in finalization of accountings, reporting, external audit, consolidation of group financials.
