We are seeking a skilled and proactive Manager - Finance & Accounts to oversee financial operations for our client's consumer products division in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in financial management, reporting, and strategic decision-making to support business growth and profitability. Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and reporting. Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support business objectives. Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management for decision-making. Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiencies. Lead and develop the finance team, providing guidance and support for professional growth. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or ACCA certification preferred. Minimum 12 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. Experience in the consumer products industry or related field is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proven leadership abilities with a track record of mentoring and developing finance teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
