Job Description : WORKSHOP MANAGER TANZANIA 15+ years experience leading Indian Group having strong presence in East Africa into transport and logistic business is looking for the following . Role and Responsibilities: Approve documentation of all maintenance activities. Create improvement plans for maintenance processes. Ensure Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, procedures and regulations are followed. Implement improved maintenance regimes to enhance the reliability of bus systems. Lead technical recovery, complex fault analysis and testing of bus fleet and systems. Lead the overall implementation of bus fleet maintenance regime. Manage annual budget for the department. Manage multiple contractors to ensure safety requirements as well as operating and quality standards are met. Manage workshop's performance in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Provide technical guidance to maintenance teams. Recommend vendors based on proposal evaluation and cost. Review and approve maintenance schedule and manpower plans. Review audits on maintenance, repair and overhaul operations. Requirements: Must a Experience into trasnport industry Must have experience into HEMM
