Speaking Candidate / Experience as Project Manager in Manufacturing Industry CTC :- US$2,500 - 3,500/- pm + Expat Benefits Detailed Job Description :- Plant General Manager JD: Responsibilities · Planning plant daily operations. · Supervising the plant workers on the production floor. · Maintaining set standards of the production line. · Implementing production strategies as per requirements. · Monitoring the plant operations. · Taking corrective action as and when required. · Resolving any plant-related issues. · Preparing production schedules and reports. · Inspecting the quality of the finished products. · Preparing, maintaining and presenting the reports to the management in the form of WIP, MIS and any other necessary reports. · Coordinating and negotiating with external vendors and agencies · Liaison with government officials as and when required. Job Specific Qualifications Work Experience and other requirements professional experience in planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting on project management level with the use of various project management tools. · Sound knowledge and understanding of various aspects of project management techniques. · Experience of project manager in manufacturing industry is desirable. · Ability to multitask simultaneously. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Ability to meet deadlines. · Organizational and time management skills. · Decision-making skills and logical thinking abilities. · Thorough knowledge in computer working like MS office , Google worksheets et
