Speaking Candidate CTC :- US$2,500/- pm + Expat Benefits Detailed Job Description :- Operations Manager JD: Job Specific Qualifications: Planning factory daily operations. Supervising the factory workers on the production floor. Maintaining set standards of the production line. Implementing production strategies as per requirements. Monitoring the factory operations. Taking corrective action as and when required. Resolving any factory-related issues. Preparing production schedules and reports. Inspecting the quality of the finished products. Preparing, maintaining and presenting the reports to the management in the form of WIP, MIS and any other necessary reports. Coordinating and negotiating with external vendors and agencies Liaison with government officials as and when required. Work Experience and other requirements professional experience as operations manager · Sound knowledge and understanding of various aspects of project management techniques. · Steel industry preferred French speaking · Ability to multitask simultaneously. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Ability to meet deadlines. · Organizational and time management skills. · Decision-making skills and logical thinking abilities. · Thorough knowledge in computer working like MS office , Google worksheets etc
