Engineering and Maintenance Manager

Job Description : ENGINEERING AND MAINTAINCE MANAGER GCC Lead and manage all the maintenance and engineering functions in day to day operations of the internal customers, primarily Manufacturing & Quality. Ensure adherence to production schedules and maximize productivity. Continuous improvement of production processes and implement variety of CAPEX projects. Design and implement appropriate preventive maintenance system, equipment history and asset register. Manage and prepare annual plant maintenance budget. Safety of personnel, facilities and equipment. Must Have: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production Operations Management or equivalent) Minimum 10 years of total experience in similar field, of which atleast 10+ years of experience in bottling manufacturing company. Knowledge of TPM and CCMS Familiar with maintenance of auxiliary equipment. Fair knowledge of safety regulations and practices & procedures. Strong leadership personality, team player and ability to encourage people achieve their tasks. Well organized with good communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Ability to set maintenance strategy, be a change adapter and creative.
