Job Description : GM KSA FOR PLASTICS one of the leading plastic processors with a reputation for delivering excellent quality that is unmatched within the Arabian Region. The company has over 400 mould variations and more than 100 state of the art machines, it produces a wide array of Plastic Products by means of injection moulding, blow moulding, film blowing to manufacture rolls (FFS Films, Greenhouse Rolls, PE Rolls, Shrink (In Mould Labelled). The group continues the journey and tradition of providing quality plastic products for its customers at top quality and below market range pricing. The group also focus intensely on New Product Development by providing technical, digital and support for any new requirements for our customers. Located in KSA the group and its manufacturing units has extensive grasp in the local market and also have a solid footprint whereby they export their products to GCC countries, Asia, Africa and EU markets. Through its management, Innovation teams and diverse experience within the plastics segments the group will not only maintain its already renowned quality plastic products, but will work hand-in-hand with partner affiliates to become the leading plastics processing company. General Manager – Plastic Factory Job Description: This role will serve as the General Manager of Plastic Factory and its affiliates across the KSA region. Ideal candidate must have worked in a manufacturing environment, ideally within plastics or molding solutions. Prior plant management experience 10+ years and be degree educated Currently located in the KSA region with experience and relationships within the plastics sectors Additionally, have completed a master's program in business administration or management. These programs often include coursework in the following subjects: Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, industrial technology, or engineering Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce. Full P&L leader who can lead both manufacturing and commercial operations. A background with at least 15 years in a similar field Understanding of human resources and personnel management. Solid financial management and experience of leading a P&L Experience with corporate governance. Proven negotiation skills. Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions. Ability to inspire confidence and create trust. Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate.
