Job Description : SALES DIRECTOR PACKAGING, KSA a leading PET packaging company in Saudi Arabia and is a major producer of PET packaging products Our state-of-the-art facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia offers an engineering lab and CAD design capabilities with an exceptional innovation and R&D laboratory, along with full customer service and sampling of our plastic bottles and containers. The company currently design and manufacture bottles, caps and reforms. The group provides containers for the major foods, dairy, water, edible oils, industrial oils and personal care sectors. After years on year growth the company are looking to diversify their products ranges and grow their industry reach. Sales Director _ Plastics Industry: Objective of position: The Sales Director responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve the company’s financial targets. The Sales Director duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends. Leading sales teams and working with the innovation and manufacturing teams to drive sales and close business accordingly. Ideal Profile: Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Sales Management in related Plastic fields. Successful experience in multichannel go-to-market models Experience in KSA and key relationships with clients within the Kingdom Technical Leadership: Strong problem-solving skills. Strong facility with teamwork and an ability to learn and adapt quickly. Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to customers. Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with a strong drive for results. Knowledge and understanding of Indirect channel dynamics Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them according to established goals. Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs. Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment. Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency. Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management. Coordinate with sales managers and supervise Sales Engineers, Executive, Coordinator and other professionals to provide guidance. Control budget and report on expenditure. Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts
