Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER VIETNAM ( OPEN TO EXPATS) a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their food packaging production process. Developing and implementing production schedules to meet customer demands while optimising resource utilisation Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, USDA, HACCP) Monitoring and improving production efficiency and quality through continuous process optimisation and adherence to best practices Leading, motivating, and training production staff to maintain high levels of performance and productivity Collaborating with other departments such as quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain to resolve production issues and ensure seamless workflow Managing inventory levels of packaging materials and coordinating with procurement to ensure timely availability Implementing and maintaining safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees Analysing production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
