Job Description : SALES DIRECTOR COSMETICS BRAZIL Role is open to all Portuguese speaking candidates worldwide We are looking for a dynamic professional with a vision for growth to join a high-performance team as Commercial Director. We are looking for someone young, with experience in senior management or commercial management with high performance. As part of the team, you will be responsible for leading and expanding the business across the country, working closely with a team of regional managers. Your main objective will be to attract and recruit new team members, as well as increase sales and expand the company to new regions. We require someone with an aspirational profile, who has experience in mass consumption and is willing to commit to the brand. You must be a passionate salesperson and be willing to go out to market and attract new players to the team. We value the ability to generate results and deep knowledge of the business and the market. Additionally, you must have advanced communication and social media management skills, as you will be responsible for establishing contact with sellers nationwide and creating strategies to attract new talent. You must also participate in company events and promote yourself in the market, strengthening the employer brand, with disruptive strategies. You will report directly to General Management and work closely with the global CEO. We value honesty, reliability and results. Requirements: Previous experience in high-performance management or senior management in mass consumption companies. Advanced conversational English. Ability to work in a large team and generate results. Advanced communication and social media management skills. Availability to travel as needed. Open to work from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with full availability for contact via networks and WhatsApp. In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian market and changing consumer culture will be valued.
