Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards Lead the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance Contribute to strategic planning and decision making at the executive level Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies Implement robust financial controls and processes to enhance efficiency Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decisions What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Head of Finance and Accounting role will bring a wealth of experience from previous senior finance roles. Proven experience in a senior finance role within a complex organisation Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team Excellent strategic planning abilities Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex financial data Outstanding communication skills with an ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels A professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA)
