Job Description : SUGAR ENGINEERING MANAGER VIETNAM Looking for Indian expats Role Objective Is to take care of the operation of the sugar units and ensure the production targets are achieved. The Manager(Engineering-Sugar) should operate the existing factories, and implement the expansion projects in sugar and Bio mass power generation. He is responsible for mechanical reliability engineering services and resources associated with the development of the project He should lead the team by taking the necessary support and ensure the project is completed within the time frame to the required specifications, quality, compliance, plans and goals. Required Skills / Abilities : Engineering in Sugar Technology, Mechanical Engineering, ANSI or DSI Certificate, Sugar refinery, operation and maintenance, Leadership skills Experience in Sugar refinery to produce below 30 ICUMSA sugar is preferred. Strong experience of in-factory quality assurance and inspection of process plant equipment manufacturers Should possess the ability to work under pressure and lead the team with good man management skills. Should be conversant with the latest engineering equipment and technology Should be conversant with operation and maintenance activities of sugar production chains etc. Team leadership, team spirit and team management skills to achieve targets Good man management skills, flexible to work in a team, coordinating skills, dedicated and be able to meet targets. Good communication both verbal & written skill and interpersonal skills. Bachelors degree in Engineering with ANSI or DSI Certificate is required. At least 20 years professional engineering experience in Sugar factory with a capacity of above 5000 TCD Atleast 5 years of experience in the role as Head of the Unit of the Engineering Department Experience with sugar-mills a distinct advantage Ability to communicate and negotiate between client and EPC contractor to resolve problems and ensure the project keeps on track. Age : Around 45 years Candidates to possess ability to work under pressure and lead the team with good man management skills. Should be free from family burdens, carry valid passport, good health record and hold required documents to obtain work permit and ready to join within 45 to 60 days.
