Strategy and Planning Head

Job Description : Lead-Strategy Planning for a diversified conglomerate based out of Dubai (UAE); businesses present in 9 countries with primary operations in Africa, China & India. Desirous candidate should meet the following qualifications:- 1. Minimum 10-12 years of relevant industry and consulting experience in FMCG/Grocery Retail/Pharma industries. 2. Key Non Negotiable Criteria: Candidate should be conversant with various strategy frameworks and especially 'Playing To Win', 'McKinsey 7S', 'Scaling Up', 'EOS' frameworks and should have done long range business plans (LRPs) with promoters/CXOs using such frameworks. 3. Acumen to manage senior promoters (1st time entrepreneurs) and CXOs of large conglomerates. 4. Should have made long term business plans/LRPs for various businesses and implemented them too. 5. Passed out of ISB/IIM/XLRI/MDI only 6. Good command over spoken English and Hindi both. Salary not a constraint for the right candidate.
