Job Description : Branch Manager / Team Leader Automotive - Passenger Cars OMAN Job profile: Head a branch and ensure the achievement of sales volume and market share objectives. He should be able to effectively handle and drive the sales team to achieve the KRAs. Review and analyze the branch performance and strategize to enhance the business. He should have a good understanding of the market, competition and customer requirements. He should be able to identify business opportunities, conduct promotional activities and outdoor marketing. He will be required to build customer relationships and ensure effective coverage of the market. The job is a supervisory role to oversee the branch operations. Qualification: Graduates in any discipline with a management qualification. Age: 35-40 years Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience in the following areas: Sales management: Should have exposure to sales planning, productivity, customer handling, performance reviews and strategizing to grow business. Planning and conducting market support activities. Should have good administrative skills and commercial acumen. Team management: Should have experience in leading the sales team staff, and training and motivating them to enhance their productivity. Inventory management — should have experience in managing stocks Business planning: should have exposure to annual budgeting and analyzing data, making reports, etc. Experience in the automobile (passenger vehicles) industry will be an added advantage. Key Attributes: Good leadership qualities, analytical skills, communication, customer understanding, relationship building, and being well versed in all MS Office applications.
