Job Description : LAMINATION SUPERVISOR DUBAI 12+ years experience This is a full-time on-site role as a Lamination Supervisor at Integrated Plastics Packaging in Dubai. As a Lamination Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day lamination operations, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. You will supervise the lamination team, schedule and coordinate production activities, conduct quality checks, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the lamination process. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and implementing process improvements. Qualifications Experience in lamination operations and supervision Knowledge of flexible packaging materials and production processes Strong attention to detail and quality control Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Experience in Flexible packaging industry is preferred Technical degree or certification in a relevant field is a plus We are looking for Lamination Supervisor with at least 8 Year experience in Flexible packaging in Lamination as a supervisor. Should have knowledge of both Solvent less & Solvent Base machine. Should be ready to join immediately. Should have skills to manage overall shift.
