Senior Project Manager

Job Description : Senior Project Manager SRI LANKA Job Scope: Plan, schedule, organize, control all the activities of the project so as to ensure the Project is executed within the planned budget, time and expected quality, safety and environmental requirements.Main Duties · Obtain necessary approvals / consents / Instructions from the Engineer / Employer · Submit and receive all correspondence with Employer, Engineer whenever required · Prepare the Project related documentation and obtain the approval of Project Director/Coordinator · Organize the resources and implement the Project activities as per the construction program in consultation with Project Director /Coordinator · liaise with internal and external parties when required submit, Progress Review Reports at regular intervals as agreed with Employer / Engineer · Review and submit work method statements Submit payment application, Contractors claims and notifications. Qualification: Bachelor's degrees in Civil Engineering Membership: Chartered Engineer Experience required: Should have total 20 Years experience with 15 Years Building construction experience and at least one multimodal construction site experience Work Location: Sri Lanka, Kandy Period03: Years Salary and benefits: 6000 USD 8000 USD (Per Month)Vehicle-AccommodationProvide by Maga Meal: Provide by MagaVisa & Air Tickets: Provide by Maga Leave: One Month paid leave per annumProject
