Job Description : Country Operations Manager Reports to: Country Manager Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Job Purpose Under the management of the Country Manager for Operations and Aviation, the appointed person is mandated to manage the country operations department, provide, and implement the Global and Sub Sahara Africa Operational Functional Direction through regular collaboration/communication with Operations Managers & Supervisors, and the where applicable the Country senior management team and Cluster Director/ team. Key Accountabilities Operations Management & Strategy People and Performance Management Financial & Projects Reporting and analysis Education & Experience Post-graduate qualification in Management Minimum of 10 years in the logistics and/or courier industry 5 years of experience leading Operations teams
